Esta Comunidad Laical es la continuación del grupo Cooperadores Vocacionales, que nos hemos reunido en Llorente por varios años y bajo la colaboración de diferentes Hermanas.

El antiguo grupo se reunía una vez al mes de 2: 00 pm a 4: 30 pm, oraban por las vocaciones y por las necesidades de todas las personas presentes y sus intenciones, hacían visita a Jesús Sacramentado y oración al Espíritu Santo. En todas las reuniones hacían lectura y eco de la Palabra. Y también estudiaban la vida de los Fundadores, veían películas de vidas de Santos, y compartían fraternalmente alimentos.

Desde Octubre de 2016, se le ha dado continuidad al grupo de Cooperadores Vocacionales cambiando su nombre por “Comunidad Laical Nuestra Señora del Salz” en recuerdo de la labor del Padre Juan Bonal, quién después de hacer veredas regresaba a la Ermita de Nuestra Señora de Salz ubicada en Zuera (Zaragoza, España), para retomar fuerzas para continuar su misión.

Siguiendo los 4 pilares de la FSA: Oración, Fraternidad, Formación y Apostolado, todos los integrantes iniciales hemos completado la Escuela de Formación y hemos extendido nuestro apostolado a visitas de enfermos, ancianos y personas que viven solas, siempre con la disponibilidad al servicio. Recientemente se han incorporado nuevos miembros que han enriquecido nuestra Comunidad. Tenemos Encuentros una vez al mes en la Casa Provincial ubicada en Llorente de Tibas, San José (Costa Rica) y seguimos un cronograma de trabajo con temas de acuerdo al año litúrgico y fiestas de la Congregación.

LAITY COMMUNITY OUR LADY OF SALZ (Llorente de Tibás)

This Laity Community is the continuation of the Vocation Cooperators Group, which we have been meeting in Llorente for several years with the guidance of different Sisters.

The old group used to meet once a month from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., prayed for the vocations and for the needs of all the people present and their intentions, visited the Blessed Sacrament and prayed to the Holy Spirit. At every meeting they read the Word of God and echoed it. And they also studied the life of the Founders, watched movies of lives of Saints, and shared food fraternally.

Since October 2016, the group of Vocation Cooperators has been given continuity by changing its name to "Laity Community Our Lady of the Salz" in memory of Father John Bonal, who -after walking paths- returned to the chapel of Our Lady of Salz located in Zuera (Zaragoza, Spain), to regain strength to continue his mission.

Following the four pillars of the SAF: Prayer, Fraternity, Formation and Apostolate, all the initial members have completed the 3 years Formation School and have extended our apostolate to visits of the sick, elderly and people living alone, always available to serve. Recently, new members who have enriched our Community have joined. We meet once a month in the Provincial House located in Llorente de Tibás, San José (Costa Rica) and we follow a schedule of work according to the liturgical year and feasts of the Congregation.
