We have started in 28Th December 2013.

We are 7 members: 2 Sisters and 5 lay members (staff, house wives, business men, retired people…) and we meet every last Saturday of the month.

In our meetings we share our mission an discuss for future plans: what more can we do.

We are involved in theses activities:

- Visiting the poor families, students house

- Educating poor students by helping them economically, paying the expenses of their education

- Counselling the parents of our students

- Praying with the families the Rosary, reading the Bible and sharing the word of God

- Providing grain to other centres

- Giving the poor students warm clothes, blankets, etc

- Looking after the health of the poor by keeping medical camp. Recently, on 28th march 2015 we held a medical camp in slum area of Odhar. In future we will continue our mission work.

GRUPO DE FSA DE AHMEDABAD

Comenzamos como grupo el 28 de Diciembre de 2013. Somos 7: 2 Hermanas y 5 Laicos (personal, amas de casa, hombres de negocios, jubilados…)

Nos reunimos los últimos sábados de mes, y, en nuestras reuniones, compartimos nuestra misión y planificamos las próximas actividades, nos preguntamos qué más podemos hacer.

Estamos implicados en las siguientes actividades:

- Visitar a familias pobres y las casas de los alumnos

- Educar a los estudiantes pobres ayudándoles económicamente, pagamos los gastos de su educación

- Aconsejamos a los padres de nuestros alumnos

- Rezar con las familias el Rosario, leer la Biblia y compartir

- Proporcionar grano a otros centros

- Dar a los estudiantes pobres ropa de abrigo, mantas, etc.

- Cuidar la salud de los pobres mediante campamentos médicos. Recientemente, el 28 de marzo de 2015 tuvimos un campamento médico en la zona de los suburbios de Odhar. En el futuro continuaremos nuestro trabajo misionero.
